Mothers Day, Dustins Wedding, Riley's Sixth Birthday Party and Vacations

Had a great mothers day this year.  A mushy card from my hubby, best friend company and cute gifts from my boys.

Had some really good news that Jason got a job at "Main Street Ingredients".  He will be starting the first week of June and it is a DAY job!  What we have been aiming for a long time.  Finally we will have some normalcy in our lives.  It is a great time for Jason to be on days as Riley will be starting more sports and things after school.  I am relieved to know Jason will be home to help with sports, homework and the many other things that our lives will busy us with.  Just like anything I am sure it will take some adjusting but hopefully we will get on a new schedule and make it work.  Life is always unexpected.  You never know what might just pop up along the way.

Went to my cousins wedding this weekend.  The boys had so much fun dancing at the reception.  Riley could hardly wait to get on the dance floor and start dancing.  The minute they opened it up he was out there whipping his hat in the air and showing off his moves.  It took Austin a little while to warm up but by the end of the night he was a crazy dancing machine!

Then after dancing the night away and not getting home until 1030 at night......we woke up the next day and get everything ready for Riley's 6th birthday party at the park.  They were predicting a huge storm with hail, downpours and high winds but somehow we lucked out another year and ended up with great weather until for the entire party accept the last 15 minutes it rained.  Riley had a blast and was so delighted that most of his friends and buddies from school could make it.  He really has a great class and those little boys are just adorable.  ENERGETIC, WILD, and CRAZY but none the less adorably so.

Love these two pictures Linda took at the party.

I am enjoying two weeks off of work.  Every year I take two weeks off in May for vacation.  Thank God for vacations...everyone deserves one once and a while.  Having fun just me and the boys.
