Humble and Kind

I love Tim McGraw's new song "Always Stay Humble and Kind".  What a simple but important song.  Life throws a lot at a person but in the end we should always come back to humility and kindness.  Life can easily harden you but only the true fighters keep it from softening once again.  Through all the happiness and sorrow of life I hope to always remain humble and kind.

Spring To Life

My favorite time of year.  Spring is so longed for after a long, cold and gray winter. With new colors comes excitement.  Though circumstances in life bring sadness, disappointment and sorrow... it is still good to behold the beauty around us and remind ourselves life still goes on and we can still look for the beauty in it.
